FinancialForce is kicking off new and improved Customer Excellence awards in 2018. These awards recognize outstanding achievements in our customer base. Nominations are now open. Categories for companies include:

    • Community Sherpa Award
      This award recognizes individuals who are the most actively engaged within the FinancialForce Community and social channels and networks, regularly initiating and participating in the top discussions and influencing and supporting other members with their comments, feedback and ideas.
    • Customer Experience
      This award recognizes customers who have demonstrated initiative, excellence and creativity in how they utilize technology solutions to improve their customer’s experience.   
    • Employee Satisfaction
      This award recognizes customers who have implemented internal systems that have positively impacted their employee satisfaction and/or efficiency.
    • Operational Excellence
      This award recognizes customers who have demonstrated operational excellence in their use of financial or back office systems to affect change within their organization. This recognizes customers who have demonstrated change in shifting business models, cost saving measures, new revenue streams or generally being responsive to other business challenges and opportunities they have faced.
    • Analytics Innovation
      This award recognizes customers who are using data in unique ways to positively affect change in their organization
    • Implementation Partner Customer Success
      This award recognizes members of our partner community who deliver excellent customer success and service into the FinancialForce Community.
    • ISV Innovation
      This award recognizes members of our ISV community who continue to innovate on Force.com platform to delivery high value solutions and service to the FinancialForce Community.
